The A5 Wagyu Ribeye Steak can be cooked using various methods, such as grilling, pan-searing, or oven-roasting. The following method brings out the best of its rich flavors and tender texture:

Prepare the steak: Season the steak generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Let the steak sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before cooking to ensure even cooking.

Pan-searing method (recommended):

Preheat a heavy skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat.
Add a small amount of oil to the pan (vegetable oil or clarified butter works best).

Place the steak in the pan and sear each side for 2-3 minutes, until a golden-brown crust forms.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the steak reaches your desired doneness, ideally medium-rare (internal temperature of 130°F / 54°C).

Optional: Add garlic, rosemary, or thyme to the pan for extra flavor during the last few minutes of cooking.

Grilling method:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side, then lower the heat and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes for medium-rare, depending on thickness.
Oven-roasting method:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sear the steak in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer the skillet to the oven. Roast for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
