실온 제품 반품 정책

반품 가능한 실온 제품에 한해 오배송이나 데미지가 있는 경우에만 배송 완료 후 48시간 이내에 반품이 가능합니다. 제품은 미사용 상태로 원래 포장을 유지해야 하며, 구매 증빙이 필요합니다. 단순 변심으로 인한 환불은 불가합니다.

반품을 시작하시려면 help@unexpectedmeal.com으로 이메일 부탁드립니다. 반품 배송비는 고객님 부담이며, 20%의 재입고 수수료가 부과됩니다.

- Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Perishable goods (e.g. food)
Sale items or gift cards

Because our store sells frozen and perishable food products, all food sales are final and cannot be returned once shipped.

저희 매장은 냉동 및 신선 식품을 판매하는 특성상, 모든 식품 주문은 최종 판매(Final Sale)로 처리되며 발송 이후 반품이 불가합니다.

- Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order and take photos as soon as it arrives.

For frozen items, please photograph your order immediately upon receipt. Claims for frozen items must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery time shown on the carrier's (FedEx/UPS) tracking.

For room-temperature (shelf-stable) items, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the applicable delivery or pickup completion time (as defined in our Shipping Policy).

In all cases, please include your order number and photos of the issue when you contact us at help@unexpectedmeal.com.

For shipped orders, resolving a claim may require keeping the affected item(s) frozen and returning them via a carrier-arranged return — we'll provide instructions if this applies to your case.

Claims submitted after the applicable window above, or without supporting photos, may not be eligible for resolution. Issues resulting from an incorrect or mistyped shipping address provided by the customer are also not eligible for compensation.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit as an appropriate resolution.

If an item is part of an active claim, please do not discard it until we've confirmed next steps. Items disposed of without prior confirmation may not be eligible for compensation.

- 파손/오배송/누락 상품

주문 수령 즉시 내용물을 확인하고 사진을 찍어주세요.

냉동 제품의 경우, 수령 즉시 바로 사진을 찍어주셔야 하며, 배송업체(FedEx/UPS) 트래킹에 표시된 배송 완료 시점으로부터 24시간 이내에 접수해 주셔야 합니다.

실온(상온 보관) 제품의 경우, 해당 배송·픽업 완료 시점(Shipping Policy 기준)으로부터 48시간 이내에 접수해 주셔야 합니다.

어느 경우든 주문번호와 문제 사진을 첨부하여 help@unexpectedmeal.com으로 연락해 주세요.

배송 주문의 경우, 문제 해결을 위해 해당 제품을 냉동 상태로 보관하신 후 택배사 반품 절차를 통해 반송이 필요할 수 있으며, 해당되는 경우 안내를 드립니다.

위 기간이 지난 후 접수되었거나 사진이 첨부되지 않은 건은 처리가 어려울 수 있습니다. 고객님이 잘못 기재하신 배송 주소로 인해 발생한 문제 역시 보상 대상이 아닙니다.

상황에 따라 환불, 재발송, 또는 스토어 크레딧 중 적절한 해결 방법을 안내해 드립니다.

문제 제품은 저희가 다음 단계를 확인해 드리기 전까지 폐기하지 마세요. 사전 확인 없이 임의로 폐기하신 경우 보상이 어려울 수 있습니다.

- Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been over 15 business days, please contact us.

- 환불

반품이 접수되고 승인되면, 영업일 기준 10일 이내에 원 결제 수단으로 환불해 드립니다. 15영업일이 지나도 환불이 확인되지 않으시면 연락 부탁드립니다.

- Perishable Product Notice

Our store sells frozen and temperature-sensitive products. While we use insulated packaging and cold-chain shipping methods, some products may partially thaw during transit.

In rare cases, tightly frozen products may lose their vacuum seal if items shift or collide with each other during transit or storage. This is a normal occurrence for frozen goods and is not, on its own, eligible for a refund.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the nature of shipping perishable products.

Frozen orders under $199 are more likely to experience partial thawing due to reduced cold-chain retention, and thawing related to an order under this amount is not eligible for a refund.

- 냉동/신선 제품 안내

저희 매장은 냉동 및 온도에 민감한 제품을 판매합니다. 보냉 포장재와 콜드체인 배송 방식을 사용하지만, 배송 중 일부 제품이 부분 해동될 수 있습니다.

드물게, 꽁꽁 언 냉동 제품끼리 배송·보관 중 부딪히면서 진공 포장이 풀리는 경우가 있을 수 있습니다. 이는 냉동 제품에서 발생할 수 있는 자연스러운 현상으로, 그 자체만으로는 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

주문 시 고객님은 신선·냉동 식품 배송의 특성을 이해하고 동의하시는 것으로 간주됩니다.

$199 미만의 냉동 주문은 콜드체인 유지력이 낮아 부분 해동 위험이 더 높으며, 이 경우 발생하는 해동 문제는 환불 대상에서 제외됩니다.

- Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive packages upon delivery. Unexpected Meal is not responsible for packages that are left unattended after delivery.

- 배송 수령 책임

고객님은 배송 시 상품을 수령할 수 있도록 준비하실 책임이 있습니다. Unexpected Meal은 배송 후 방치된 패키지에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

- Shipping Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Unexpected Meal is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

- 배송 지연

주문이 발송된 이후의 배송 소요 시간은 배송업체의 책임입니다. Unexpected Meal은 기상 상황, 배송업체 사정 등 당사가 통제할 수 없는 요인으로 인한 지연에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

- Chargeback Policy

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider, please contact us at help@unexpectedmeal.com so we can review and resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks when our return, refund, and shipping policies have been followed.

- 차지백(이의제기) 정책

은행 또는 카드사에 차지백을 접수하시기 전에, 먼저 help@unexpectedmeal.com으로 연락 주시면 문제를 확인하고 해결해 드리겠습니다.

저희 팀에 먼저 연락하지 않고 차지백을 접수하시면 해결 과정이 지연될 수 있습니다. 저희의 반품·환불·배송 정책이 준수된 경우, 차지백에 대해 이의를 제기할 권리가 있습니다.
