Unexpected Meal is committed to delivering premium ingredients and ready-to-enjoy meals with care and freshness. Please review the following shipping and delivery information before placing your order.

- Shipping Rates

We offer nationwide shipping within the United States.

Flat rate shipping is $35 per order.
Orders of $149 or more qualify for free Next-Day Air shipping.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are carefully packed and prepared to maintain product quality.

Because many of our products are frozen or perishable, the packing and shipping process may take up to 24 hours from preparation to delivery.

All temperature-sensitive products are packed using insulated packaging and cold-chain materials designed to maintain freshness during transit.

- Perishable Product Notice

Our products include frozen and fresh items that require temperature-controlled shipping.

While we use professional cold-chain packaging and expedited shipping methods, temperature changes during transit may occur. As a result, some items may partially thaw during delivery.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the nature of shipping perishable products and understand that partial thawing may occur during transit.

- Local Pickup

Customers may choose local pickup from our warehouse.

Pickup Location: El Monte Warehouse

Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Once your order is ready for pickup, an email notification will be sent with pickup instructions.

Please wait for the pickup confirmation email before arriving at the warehouse.

- Delivery Responsibility

For shipped orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

Unexpected Meal is not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.
