Thawing Instructions:

Thaw in the refrigerator overnight (6-8 hours) for the best texture.
For a quicker thaw, submerge the sealed package in cold water for 30-40 minutes.
Pat dry with a paper towel before cooking.
Cooking Instructions:

Pan-sear: Preheat a pan to medium-high heat. Sear each side for 1-2 minutes, then cook on low heat until the internal temperature reaches 125°F (52°C) for medium-rare.
Reverse Sear: Bake at 250°F (120°C) until the internal temperature reaches 115°F (46°C), then sear on high heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
Seasoning Tip: A5 Wagyu has intense marbling—keep it simple with salt and pepper or serve with a light dipping sauce.
