Thawing Instructions:

For the best texture, thaw in the refrigerator overnight (6-8 hours).
For a quicker method, submerge the sealed package in cold water for 30-40 minutes.
Pat dry with a paper towel before cooking.

Cooking Instructions:

Grilling: Season thinly sliced flat iron with salt and pepper, then grill on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Watch closely, as thin slices cook quickly.
Steak: For thicker cuts, season simply, sear on high heat for a golden crust, then reduce to medium heat and cook to preferred doneness.

Bulgogi: Marinate thin slices in bulgogi sauce for at least 30 minutes, then stir-fry over high heat for a tender and flavorful dish.
