The cuttlefish is pre-scored, so all you need to do is thaw and place it on rice to become a sushi chef at home.

1.Remove the desired amount from the package.
2.Place the cuttlefish in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours for a slow thaw, or submerge it in cold water for 30-40 minutes for a quicker thaw.
3.Pat dry with a paper towel before use.

Serving Instructions:

-The cuttlefish is pre-scored for easy slicing.
-Slice into smaller portions as desired and place over sushi rice to create authentic sushi.
-Pairs well with soy sauce, wasabi, or spicy sauce for added flavor.
