Freshness from Yeosu

Our restaurant specializes in Komak Bibimbap and Komak Muchim, made with fresh cockles harvested the same day from the pristine waters of Yeosu. We meticulously clean the cockles and mix them with our special soy sauce, perilla oil, Cheongyang chili peppers, and green onions.

Taste Sensation

Enjoy the vibrant flavors of tender, fresh cockles from Yeosu, spicy Cheongyang chili peppers, green onions, and aromatic perilla oil (100% perilla seeds), creating an umami-rich Komak Bibimbap.

Convenient Meal Kit

Our meal kit includes the same sauce used in our restaurant!

●      Please prepare Cheongyang/Serrano chili peppers and green onions (22g each).

●      Cut the green onions into 1cm pieces and the Cheongyang chili peppers into 0.5cm slices.

Preparation Instructions

  1. Thaw the cockles in the refrigerator or by submerging the package in water.
  2. After thawing, clean and remove excess water from the cockles.
  3. Mix the cockles with green onions, Cheongyang chili peppers, the included sauce, and perilla oil.

Adjust the amount of rice to your preference for the perfect Komak Bibimbap! Each kit is sufficient for mixing with two bowls of rice. You can mix one bowl for Bibimbap and enjoy the other as Muchim.

For an enhanced experience, wrap the Komak Bibimbap in seaweed or perilla leaves. Enjoy the authentic taste of Gangneung at home!

●      청양고추와 쪽파는 준비해주셔야 합니다 (각 22g 정도).

●      쪽파는 1cm, 청양고추는 0.5cm 간격으로 잘라서 준비해주세요.

조리 방법

  1. 꼬막을 냉장 해동(혹은 팩째로 물에 담가 해동)합니다.
  2. 해동 후 세척 및 물기를 제거합니다.
  3. 쪽파, 청양고추, 동봉된 소스와 들기름을 모두 넣고 무쳐서 드시면 됩니다.

기호에 따라 밥 양을 조절하여 비벼 드시면 완벽한 꼬막비빔밥이 완성됩니다! 한 키트로 밥 두 공기까지 비빌 수 있으며, 한 공기는 비비고 한 공기는 무침으로 드셔도 좋습니다. 꼬막비빔은 김이나 깻잎에 싸서 드시면 더욱 맛있습니다!
