This Abalone Seaweed Soup captures the freshness of Wando abalone and seaweed  simply add water and bring to a boil to enjoy.

Our abalone are raised in the pristine waters off the coast of Wando, feeding on fresh kelp and seaweed. Wando, the home of abalone that accounts for 70% of Korea’s production, provides the perfect environment for cultivating the finest live abalone, which we carefully prepare for this soup.

The premium seaweed is also harvested from the clean waters of Wando at its peak season and naturally dried to preserve its original taste and aroma. Even the seaweed stems are included, adding a rich depth of umami for a flavorful broth.

Each morning, fresh live abalone are harvested from Wando, cleaned, blanched, and packed so that when you cook the soup, you can fully enjoy the chewy texture and freshness of authentic Wando abalone.
