Since Otoro is stored in a Super Freezer, we recommend consuming it within 1-3 days if stored in a regular home freezer. To thaw, place the frozen package in ice water for 1 hour while still in the zipper bag. Slice the toro when it’s about 80% thawed – it’ll be slightly firm and easier to slice without becoming too soft. Enjoy!

드시는 방법: 토로는 Super Freezer에서 보관되는 제품이라, 일반 가정용 냉동고에서는 1-3일 내에 드시는 게 좋아요. 해동은 냉동 상태에서 지퍼백째로 얼음물에 1시간 담가 해동한 후 썰어주세요. 80% 정도만 해동시킨 후 살짝 딱딱한 상태에서 썰면 무르지 않고 더 잘 썰어 드실 수 있답니다!
