1. Thawing (If Frozen):

For best results, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
If in a hurry, submerge the sealed package in cold water for about 30-40 minutes.

2. Cooking (Stovetop Method):

Prepare a Pot or Pan:

Heat a non-stick pan or deep skillet over medium heat.
Add the Monkfish & Sauce:

Place the monkfish and included sauce into the pan.
Add ½ cup (100ml) of water to help create a rich broth.
Simmer Until Fully Cooked:

Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and sauce absorption.

Enhance the Flavor (Optional):

Add bean sprouts, green onions, perilla leaves, or chili peppers for extra texture and taste.

Final Touches:

Let it cook uncovered for another 2-3 minutes to slightly thicken the sauce.

Serve & Enjoy!

Best served hot with steamed rice and kimchi on the side.
