How to Thaw
Cold Water Bath: Submerge the sealed pouch in a bowl of cold tap water, with a light drizzle from the tap keeping the water flowing for 3–5 minutes. Drink immediately after thawing — do not refreeze. Small soft brown flecks near the coconut meat are pieces of the inner husk and are safe to eat.
