We ship to all states in the continental U.S, including Hawaii.
How are frozen products kept cold during shipping?
All frozen products are packed with dry ice or cold packs and shipped via overnight air (FedEx or UPS Next-Day Air). Please refrigerate or freeze your items immediately upon arrival.
What if my order arrives thawed or warmer than expected?
Partial thawing during transit is normal for frozen items. If your item is cool to the touch upon arrival, it is generally safe to consume. If you have concerns, contact us at info@unexpectedmeal.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We offer free local pickup (same-day or next-day) at our South El Monte warehouse for customers in the LA/OC area (once a week). For shipping orders, we partner with FedEx and UPS for the fastest available transit options.
