Yesodam sources its jjokpa fresh from contract farms in Korea, so the natural pungent bite and fresh aroma of the green onion come through in every strand. Like every Yesodam kimchi, it is finished with the brand's special house broth (특제육수), which keeps the flavor clean and makes it more refreshing and savory as it ripens.
