Each abalone is harvested live and flash-frozen the same day in a HACCP-certified facility, capturing the true freshness of the sea. Because it's cleaned thoroughly before freezing, there's no need to wash it again after it arrives, and since it was frozen while still alive, it can even be enjoyed raw once thawed.
